The price of delivery will be included in the final
checkout amount.

A signature is reuired for delivery,
please provide a delivery address where it is possible to deliver
on a week day 9am - 5pm.
The couriers for most items are City
Link. On despatch of most items an email will be sent with the
tracking code and the delivery would be expected 2 working days
later.
If you do not receive delivery on the
expected day, please go to www.city-link.co.uk and type in your
tracking number or use the link on the email to find out if delivery
was attempted. If delivery was attempted the couriers will automatically
attempt the next working day, alternatively you can request a
different day online. The couriers will keep the parcel for 5
days.
The larger pieces of furniture are
delivered on a pallet by a courier. The couriers will phone you
before delivery to make arrangements. Please provide the best
contact number for the couriers to contact you on.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to
Highlands and Islands of Scotland or Eire.

Please note:Larger pieces of furniture
are delivered on a pallet by one person. The driver can not assist
in bringing items of furniture indoors. The items should be examined
fully before signing for the delivery.
